On Thursday Nights this month at the Canal Club, XL102 presents Rock Off #RVA, a free showcase for Richmond bands to compete for a spot on The XL Chili Cook Off Main Stage. Three local bands will compete each week for a spot in the finals beginning March 7. And for the first time, this year will feature the Runner Up Battle, where each week’s two losing bands go head-to-head in an online battle for a chance to get voted into the finals. The band with the most total online votes will be back in the competition for the Finals on April 4.
