After the RVA Music Fest was unfortunately cancelled, the guys at Worthless Junk Records decided to get something together and host a corporate sponsor free, affordable, all ages music festival to highlight Richmond’s best underground and punk bands. They quickly formed the River City Shreds Festival. It’s a huge two-day festival at places like the Camel, Kingdom and McCormack’s Irish Pub and it promises to be full of kick ass music.

The weekend party starts with a kick-off show at the Camel on Friday, Sept. 14 with

The main event takes place on Saturday, Sept. 15 at Kingdom and features:

The party doesn’t stop at Kingdom. The Late Show will continue at McCormack’s Irish Pub. Tickets to the Kingdom show get you in for free. Bands featured include:
